A calm and expressive 4 minutes piece. The utilization of modern techniques emphazise the composers intentions, which are expressed in the title of the piece (Meditation ... out of the wind)
Hints about the realization of the contemporary techniques are included in the edition.
A very expressive 6 minutes piece, which is technically and soundwise highly demanding to the performer. Contemporary techniques fit naturally in the musical context. Melancholic melodic passages contrast with virtuos expressive parts. An ideal piece for exams!
Hints about the realization of the contemporary techniques are included in the edition.

RECENSION:
Flöte aktuell / 01-2018
Demanding etudes through the circle of fifths, lines, jumps, changing of registers and the upper range of the flute are asked and the practising player will be rewarded for his effort. What is good for violinsts, can be even better for fluteplayers.
An amusing, 4 minutes piece, throughout with a significant rhythmical bassline, giving room for expressive romantic arrangement especially of the flute part. Integrated in both parts is a Cadenza which will be performed alternativly by the flute or the tuba.
A three parts emotional piece in a tonal tone language. After a calm part in the beginning, the rhythmical pulsating middle part increases to a virtuose climax, before the music - after the recurring calm of the bginning - dies away into nothing. Contemporary techniques are not asked.
The edition includes score and parts for flute and harp separately.
